Slow Food.
Good Company.
We believe that good food takes time. Since opening our doors in 2018, our approach hasn't changed. Our bread has been stone-milled and slow-fermented, our produce is plucked from the earth by people we know by name, and our tables are set for lingering.
We are a neighborhood kitchen at heart. Whether you are stopping in for your morning coffee and a cardamom bun, or sitting down for a three-course seasonal supper, you are welcome here. Pull up a chair.
From the Farm
We've been fermenting our sourdough starter since the day we opened. Her name is Margaret.

Reservations
Walk-ins are always welcome at the counter and our communal table. For evening dining, we recommend reserving a table, especially on weekends.
The sourdough and cultured butter alone are worth the trip. We've been coming every Sunday morning for three years, and it never disappoints.
Hearthside feels like the kitchen of a friend who happens to be a brilliant chef. Unpretentious, warm, and consistently delicious.
