Booking Deposit
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is credited directly toward your total service balance on the day of your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Window
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit to respect the artist's schedule.
Bare Nails Policy for First-Time Guests
Unless you have pre-booked a Gel Soak-Off removal service, please arrive with completely bare natural nails. We do not work over foreign acrylic or unknown dip powder from other salons to protect your natural nail integrity.
7-Day Retention Warranty
We take deep pride in our craftsmanship. If you experience any chipping or lifting within 7 days of your appointment, reach out immediately and we will repair the nail free of charge.
